Start your week out with a little Latin Dance! Get your heart pumping and your body moving. Zumba Gold has the same great rhythm as regular Zumba but just done at a slower pace.

"A Little bit of Everything” Aerobics Class

Tues/Thurs: 9:15 – 10:15 am

The main focus of this class is strength training and core stability.
