The platinum sponsor will enjoy exclusivity, as there will only one
"Title Sponsor" for each Signature Event. Exclusive benefits at the Platinum level include the sponsor's name in the Title of the event e.g. Triple A presents Musical Interlude sponsored by Varsity M & M Meats.

Other benefits at this level include:

• Verbal and visual recognition including prime showcase space at the major event.
• Sponsor recognition on all advertising of event including newsletters, posters and website leading up to event
• Acknowledgement of sponsor by MC at the event
• Tickets for event (up to a maximum of 4 complementary tickets - additional tickets can be purchased)
• Hotlink to your website from event site
• Ability to distribute information at the event
• Discounted advertising space in newsletter (up to 1/2 page)
• Sponsor supplied name and logo displayed at the venue and through the duration of the event

Gold sponsors will enjoy partial exclusivity, as there will be a maximum of three (3) sponsors at this level for each signature event. Exclusive benefits at the Gold level include the choice of sponsoring:

1. Entertainment
2. Refreshments, or
3. Programs

• Identification in newsletter, website, posters as one of 3 Gold sponsors
• Discounted advertising space in newsletter (up to 1/3 page)
• Inclusion in program
• MC mention of sponsorship
• Ability to distribute organization materials at event
• 2 tickets to the event (additional tickets may be purchased)

Silver sponsors will enjoy many of the benefits of the Gold level, but without the exclusivity. There will be a maximum of three (3) sponsors at this level for each signature event.

Bronze sponsorship (up to 5 - allows organizations to support Triple A while getting some great benefits such as company recognition with the event forum and on our website.

• MC mention of sponsorship
• Ability to distribute organization materials at event
• Inclusion in program

The Basic sponsorship package allows an organization or corporation to support the Triple A and/or one of its events other than the Signature Events.

These sponsors are welcome at any level however a minimum sponsorship of $250 must be met. These sponsors are provided with:

Triple A is always looking for support to operate at its best. Donations are welcome and can be used for:

• Programming
• Marketing and Communications
• Rentals
• Operations or
• Administration

We will be pleased to accept donations in any amount for use in any of the above areas. Simply specify which area you'd like to see your contribution be used.
